Registration

Do I need to register for the congress?

All congress speakers, participants, and attendees must register for the congress online.  

What is included with my registration?

All full congress registrations will give you access to all sessions, the poster hall, exhibit hall along with other congress components.  Recordings of live sessions will be available for all registrants (24 hours following its live stream) for 60 days after the live congress.

Attending the Virtual Meeting

How do I access the virtual meeting as an attendee?

Registered attendees can access the meeting by visiting oarsiconnect21.com. You will need to log in with your OARSI username and password.

What time zone are sessions listed in?

All sessions are listed in eastern time.

What do I do if I am having trouble logging in with my OARSI Account?

If you are having difficulty with your OARSI account username or password, please click here and use the "forgot your password?" tool.

Technology Requirements & Recommendations

What is the best type of device to use to attend OARSI Connect '21?

The best type of device to attend the virtual congress is a computer with operating system: Microsoft Windows 10, or macOS 10.14.6+

What is the best browser to use to attend OARSI '21?

All meeting activities are optimized for the Google Chrome web browser.

If I am attending OARSI Connect '21 with a mobile device, what are the technology requirements? (NOT RECOMMENDED)

Operating System: iOS/iPad OS 13.6, Android 9+, Browser: Mobile Safari, Mobile Google Chrome

Abstracts

How do I submit an abstract for OARSI 2021?

Abstract submission is currently closed.  Abstract submission for OARSI 2022 will open in September 2021.

How do I know the determination of my abstract for OARSI 2021?

All abstract authors have been contacted with the determination of their abstract.  If you are uncertain of the status of your abstract, please Janine Salabritas at jsalabritas@oarsi.org

Continuing Medical Education

How can I claim CME?

All congress attendees are elibigle for continuing medical education.  Following the congress, a survey will be sent to all registrants with instructions on claiming your CME credits.
